Woonsocket Career and Technical Center Brand Refresh:
Generated a cohesive branding campaign with a modern logo that reflects the innovation, rigor, and real-world relevance of its CTE programs.
Culinary Arts Facility Redesign: Facilitated a full redesign of the culinary arts training kitchen and dining space, leading the transition from outdated equipment to industry-aligned tools and systems. Collaborated closely with architects and the construction team to ensure the design supports real-world culinary operations, enhances student learning, and reflects current industry standards.



Precision Machine Shop & Robotics Integration – Robert E. Fitch High School: Led the design and implementation of a state-of-the-art manufacturing center, directing all aspects of project management and strategic development. Collaborated extensively with equipment representatives to source and procure industry aligned machinery, ensuring students train on tools that mirror real-world environments. Advanced a strategic robotics integration plan to enhance the machine program and connect their competitive robotics team, building transferable, future-ready skills that increase student competitiveness across advanced manufacturing pathways. Partnered with educational leaders and industry stakeholders to align equipment, curriculum, and outcomes with local workforce demands, reflecting the rigorous standards of General Dynamics Electric Boat and preparing students for high-demand careers.

Health Sciences Program Design & Workforce Alignment: Facilitated the design of a flexible, modular health sciences pathway that expands access for all students while accelerating progress toward high-demand careers and degree programs. Working with a representatives from high schools, health organizations and facilities, post secondary institutions, and workforce agencies, we structured the program to integrate dual enrollment/college credit, simulated lab experiences, and regional healthcare hub partnerships, creating seamless connections between classroom learning, clinical requirements, and postsecondary coursework.
The program will offer students flexible access to high demand health careers with an efficient, fast-track pathway to credentials and degree attainment.
Cranston Public Schools is the fiscal agent and overseer of the CTE For All Design Grant.

CTE Program Approval & Compliance Development (RIDE): Led the t and submission of new CTE program applications aligned to Rhode Island Department of Education CTE Program requirements, ensuring full compliance with state standards for program approval.
Cosmetology Entrepreneurship & Salon Build-Out: Spearheading the creation of a dynamic, real-world cosmetology entrepreneurship program, bringing a fully operational training salon to life from the ground up. Designing a space that mirrors high-end industry environments while meeting strict Rhode Island Department of Health licensure requirements. Collaborating closely with equipment vendors, architects, and facilities teams to select, source, and install professional-grade stations and systems. Simultaneously developing an integrated curriculum that blends technical skill, client experience, and business ownership, giving students an authentic, career-ready edge from day one.

Regional Manufacturing Training Center – Middletown Public Schools: Driving the design and development of a dual-purpose manufacturing center equipped with welding stations, shipfitting trainers, and CNC/manual machining technology to prepare students for high-demand careers. An Electric Boat Partnership, the center will also train adults. Orchestrating collaboration with Polaris MEP and New England Institute of Technology to create a seamless day-to-evening model, supporting high school instruction during the day and adult/upskilling workforce training at nigh, ensuring the facility serves as a true community workforce hub aligned to regional industry needs.


Industry-Driven Internship & Talent Pipeline Program: Designed and facilitated a high-impact internship model that connects local industry with high school talent, building a seamless pipeline from classroom to career. Coordinated all aspects of the program, including school partnerships, student recruitment, site tours, and industry-led information sessions. Led onboarding for a paid summer training experience followed by a senior-year paid co-op, where students work side-by-side with industry mentors. More than a training program, this initiative cultivates meaningful relationships between students and professionals, fostering mentorship, confidence, and a strong sense of belonging while preparing students for long-term success in manufacturing careers.



Industry Networking & Engagement Events: Plans and facilitates high-impact industry events that bring education and workforce partners together to build meaningful connections and drive collaboration. Coordinated events such as the RIBBE & American Council of Engineering Companies Networking Event, designed to spark conversations between engineers and educators, promote work-based learning partnerships, and strengthen talent pipelines. Manages all aspects from concept through execution, including stakeholder outreach, event design, logistics, and follow-u, to ensure lasting impact beyond the event itself.
