A former CTE Director with more than 30 years in education, Lori has pivoted to owner and principal consultant of LF Consulting, LLC where she specializes in Career and Technical Education program design and industry-education partnerships. She brings extensive leadership experience in developing and strengthening programs that connect education with workforce needs. Partnering with school districts, industry, and workforce organizations, she works with her clients to develop and strengthen career focused training programs, build sustainable talent pipelines, and create meaningful opportunities for students, educators and industry professionals.
As an instructor and teacher coach for Roger Williams University Extension, Lori prepares and mentors new CTE educators as they make the transition from industry into the classroom in the Accelerated CTE Teacher Certification Program.

MARKETING & BRANDING CONSULTANT
Heather is a Branding and Marketing Specialist dedicated to blending creativity with strategy to elevate brand visibility and engagement. Holding a BS in Marketing and a minor in Data Analytics from Johnson & Wales University, she brings a sharp analytical lens to every project.
Her current work centers on employer branding and talent attraction, where she leverages performance insights to strengthen market presence. By combining compelling storytelling with strategic data, Heather helps clients attract top talent and build meaningful connections with their audiences, turning brand identity into a versatile asset for growth.

Susan Votto is a Senior Consultant with LF Consulting, LLC, bringing more than 34 years of experience in workforce development. She specializes in building industry partnerships, developing workforce training initiatives, and creating career pathways across manufacturing, the trades, healthcare, and other high-demand sectors.
A former CTE Supervisor at Davies Career and Technical High School, Susan brings extensive experience connecting education, industry, and workforce partners to address regional talent needs. Her work with LF Consulting focuses on developing collaborative workforce solutions, strengthening education-to-career pathways, and expanding opportunities for students, educators, and employers.
Susan holds a Master's degree in Administration from Providence College and remains deeply engaged in the workforce development community.
